Einat Talmon
A translator of Spanish literature. Talmon has translated, among others, the books of Mario Vargas Llosa, Jorge Semprún, and Arturo Pérez-Reverte. She serves as the manager of the culture department at the Cervantes Institute, a lecturer in Spanish history and culture, and engages in literary and social criticism. Holds a master’s degree in Spanish and Latin American studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She has been a lecturer in modern Hebrew and modern Hebrew literature at the Department of Semitic Languages in Complutense University, Madrid. During her time in Spain, she has also taught at the Jewish Christian Center, led a Hebrew course for the Segovia University, and served as an assistant to the cultural attaché in the Israeli Embassy.
