Rana Werbin
A writer, editor, translator, voiceover artist, and actress. Werbin narrates books for Icast app, translates plays (Laughing Wild, Tmuna Theater; Lobby Hero, Haifa Theater), and books (Lolly Willowes, Little Lord Fauntleroy, The Fault in Our Stars, and Two Moons to name but a few). She has served as the editor-in-chief of Israeli literature in Yediot Ahronot Publishing House. Recipient of the 2005 Bernstein Prize for Literary Criticism for her column in Ha’ir newspaper. Werbin is also an actress who appeared in television series and films, and a presenter and panelist on many cultural television programs. She has written weekly columns, articles, and stories for various newspapers and magazines. Her book, Life is Good, was published in 2011 by Yediot Ahronot Publishing. She studied acting in the Circle in the Square, New York, and holds a bachelor’s degree in English and literature and a master’s degree in philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
