Shlomzion Kenan will discuss with Alona Kimhi, Hila Alpert, and Rona Kenan (who will also provide musical accompaniment) hedonism and the ways in which the book influenced the Israeli culinary culture of its time, with an emphasis on changing times and culture. Dov Glickman will read from the book.
